Wild Foraged Fire Morels

Wild morel mushrooms foraged by our team throughout the Lillooet Range close to our farm, a year after wild forest fires. Hand washed, towel dried, dehydrated and vacuum sealed with care. Add it to your favourite pasta dishes (morel risotto) or simply cook with butter and garlic as a side dish.
